Privacy policy
Sparky Posting, by MoxiSync Labs. Effective 4 November 2026.
Sparky Posting is a private tool for managing YouTube channels run by MoxiSync Labs. This policy explains what it does with data from a Google account that signs in to it.
Data we access
- Google sign-in tokens, which let the tool act on the connected channel.
- Channel and video information, such as channel names, video titles, descriptions, privacy status and schedules.
- YouTube Analytics figures for the connected channel, such as views and watch time.
The tool requests these Google permissions: uploading videos (youtube.upload), managing videos and playlists (youtube.force-ssl), and viewing analytics (yt-analytics.readonly).
How we use it
We use this data only to upload and manage videos on the connected channels and to review how those videos perform. We do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell this data. We do not share it with third parties, except that video files and details are sent to YouTube to carry out uploads, and where the law requires it.
Storage and retention
Sign-in tokens and related records are stored on computers controlled by MoxiSync Labs. Tokens are kept until the connection is removed. Analytics data obtained through the API is kept for no more than 30 days unless YouTube's rules allow longer.
Removing access
You can remove the tool's access at any time from your Google account permissions page. To ask us to delete stored data, email the address below.
Google and YouTube
Sparky Posting uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
